MIXOLOGY
A twist on the great classics with Aperitivo Murgia.
Ingredienti
• 4 parts Prosecco
• 1 part soda
• 1 part Murgia
Preparazione
1. Fill a large goblet with ice
2. Pour in Prosecco and soda first
3. Top with Murgia
Garnish
Sprig of thyme + orange slice
Ingredienti
• 3 cl red bitter
• 3 cl Aperitivo Murgia
• Top with soda
Preparazione
1. Fill the glass with ice
2. Pour in bitters and Murgia
3. Top with soda
4. Stir gently
Garnish
Espresso lemon twist
Ingredienti
• 3 cl London Dry Gin
• 2 cl Murgia Aperitivo
• 3 cl red bitter
• Large ice cube
Preparazione
1. Fill a mixing glass with ice
2. Pour in gin, Murgia, and red bitter
3. Stir with a bar spoon for 20 seconds
4. Strain into a tumbler with a large ice cube
Garnish
Espresso with orange twist
Ingredienti
• 4 cl Gin
• 2 cl Lemon juice
• 2 cl Aperitivo Murgia
• Top with tonic water
Preparazione
1. Shake gin, juice and Murgia with ice
2. Double strain into a highball glass
3. Top with tonic
Garnish
Dried orange
Ingredienti
• 4 cl vodka
• 1.5 cl orange triple sec
• 1.5 cl lime juice
• 2 cl Aperitivo Murgia
Preparazione
1. Shake all ingredients with ice
2. Double strain into a chilled coupe glass

• 6 cl gin
• 3 cl lemon juice
• 2 cl Murgia Aperitif
• Egg white
Preparazione
1. Shake with ice and egg white
2. Add gin, juice, and Murgia
3. Double strain into a chilled coupe
Garnish
3 drops of Apulian extra virgin olive oil
